You have 30 days to return the merchandise for full refund and another 30 days (60 days total) to return for store credit.
Refunds & Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for full refund, then another 30 days (60 days in total) to return for exchange or store credit as long as you haven't used it. Original shipping charges are not refunded. (Items with free shipping will have the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) deducted).
Malfunctioning or Wrong Item: If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.
Refunding a Used Item: We allow many qualifying items to be returned even if used, up to 30 days of date of invoice for full credit. Refund is issued in form of store credit only. Items must be in as-new-condition and returned with all parts.

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
