Next Day and/or Overnight delivery shipments must be placed on 2:00PM EST the day before


When we Ship:

Shipments that are placed Monday- Thursday will be shipped the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST. (Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM EST, will ship the following week). Orders placed after these times will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Please keep these shipping times in mind when choosing Expedited, Overnight, and 2nd Day shipping as an option.

We ship throughout the United States and US Territories. International shipping is unavailable at this time, but may be available in the future.

Out of Stock Items

In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you as soon as the error has occurred and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

Special Order Items

Special Orders are those items that are not stocked by New England Dive and are ordered by request of the customer. Special orders non-refundable and cannot be returned. Delivery costs and time allowed for special order delivery is a case by case decision. 

Canceled Order

If an item has already shipped when an order is canceled the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges of the canceled item(s).

Shipping Rules

Some packages shipped via UPS and/or USPS may require signature upon delivery. Delivery schedules cannot be changed after an item has already shipped and is in route. Although very rare, but possible, New England Dive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the packages are in possession of the shipping and handling company. In this case, the customer would have to open a case with the shipping handler

Terms & Conditions

If a package is lost, it is possible that it may take 6-8weeks or longer to track and locate the lost package.
