Free Shipping policy:
    * Free shipping applies to orders greater than $50 before tax and shipping and handling on most items. 
    * Free Shipping applies to GROUND shipping rates only. Expedited shipping requests will be charged as normal according to companies (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) shipping rates. Due to carrier delays not all rush shipment request can be met with confidence.  
    * Free Shipping available only to United States shipping addresses

Hobie Shipping Policy                                                                                                            All Hobie accessory items are charged shipping of $9.99 except if its a larger or oversize item like a Kayak or Sup. 

Oversize Shipping Policy                                                                                                      Other larger items like tanks, kayaks or large carts also may have various shipping charges depending on your location. 

Shipping Rules: 

New England Dive ships 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 

Normal Handling time is anywhere from 0-2 days from the time the order is placed depending on the merchandise ordered. 

New England Dive uses a variety of shipping options from different carriers depending on the destination. A signature may be required on shipments at any time. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from the shipper.

Canceled Order policy: If any order has not already been shipped, a full refund will be given except for special order items. If the item has been shipped then the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.
