- All trips are required to be paid in full at time of sign up.
- Private trip Insurance is suggested but not required.
- All vacation packages are non-refundable on scaled schedules. If deadlines have passed and you are unable to attend the trip, travel insurance is an excellent optional protection for your investment.
- If travel insurance was not purchased, a diligent attempt to re-sell your package at full or partial value can be made upon request.
